Policy

Payments + Deposits:

All payments can be made via cash app or Zelle. For projects, $50 and under, the payment must be made in full before any work begins. Projects over $50 require a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT before any work begins. Deposits should be made within 24hrs of receiving your invoice or the project is subject to cancellation. All remaining unpaid balances will be due upon completion of the final design work. Once the payment has been made, the project will be finalized, and all files will be sent. ALL SERVICES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Turn-Around Time + Rush Fee

All projects will have a 3-5 business day turn-around time (weekends + holidays are not included). Any project that demands a 24-48hr turn-around time will be charged an additional $20 The turn-around time does not begin until the required deposit or full payment has been paid. All content and details through the jot form must have been completed as well. No finalized artwork will be sent until the full payment has been made. Please note turnaround times may be delayed if an emergency, computer/ technical issue, or other issue emerges.  All websites will require a 2-4 week turn-around time frame (excluding weekends + holidays). Any website that demands a 7-day turn-around time will be charged an additional $35

Proofs + Revisions 

You will receive two (2) logo proofs to choose from and you are allowed (2) two revisions. 

You will receive two (2) business card proof to choose from and you are allowed (2) two revisions.

All other graphics will have (1) one proof and you are allowed (2) two revisions. All additional revisions will incur a $5 fee per edit.

Revisions will be made within a 24-48hr time frame depending on the project.

Completed Files

Upon receiving all final payments, all projects will be sent to the client in the form of an email. All logo files will be sent in JPG, PNG, and PDF format. All other digital graphics will be sent in PDF format. Once a project is sent to a client you will own the rights to the services purchased. Bloom, Gorgeous Chics Designs is not responsible for trademarking/copyrighting

Refunds and Cancellations

ALL SERVICES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE and are final sale. If a project is started and partial work has already been received by the client and they choose to cancel the completion of the project the deposit or full payment will not be refunded.

Design  Services

Currently, we only offer digital services. We do not offer any printing services but can recommend options for local printing. The client will be provided with PDF files that can be used for print outs.
